This or initiative... obviously both can be important but I think people overvalue them generally. There's a fine between being determined and being stubborn. And initiative isn't the best thing to do in every situation, when sometimes you need to stop and think or do nothing.

I like all of these but I guess patience because I'm impatient and I guess it's the trait I could connect with least.

All of these traits are good but this one is my least favorite from the bunch.
