I think Beast represents blue best, if only because, according to Word of God, blue in BEAUTY AND THE BEAST is supposed to symbolize outcast status. That's why Belle wears blue as well -- it symbolizes her "not like the others" status. And it's one reason that they start warming up to one another, eventually; as Belle puts it in the musical, "We have something in common. In the town where I come from, many people think I'm odd. So I know what it feels like to be different." (Paraphrasing)
