I like Jafar's old man rags. It makes him look dark, mysterious, creepy, and kind of funny too with his skinny boney legs. lol. Yeah, it doesn't look great, but it goes well with his character in the dungeon scene.

I don't think you should include Ursula's tentacles. They are part of her body. It's like counting Ariel's tail, or Tiana's frog legs as outfits.

btw, where are the stabbington brothers? If you include Anastasia and Drizella, they should be included too.
