I think that she is anoying. And alot of those charicters don't deserve the title Villian.

She's one of the worst villains ever. Why? Because she locks Cinderella in her room.

Frollo.He's defiently the worst villian ever for these reasons:He killed Quasimodo's mother,hit Phoebus with his sword,and tied Esmeralda to a stake unless she agreed to get engaged to him.

Ratcliffe is the worst villain ever, Because He is a Racist Jerk to the Native Americans.

I love how Maleficent is somehow included in the roster, yet the most poorly written villain, Rourke, was completely overlooked. As of until this writing, Rourke is the most forgettable Disney Villain. He has the most half-assed motive, killing atlantis for MOAR money, even though he would've been rich enough already. He is PATHETIC for someone who is supposed to be a military officer. He is innefective as a villain; he kills his own henchwoman for no reason, nearly kills the only person who could lead him to the location of the crystal that would make him rich, and he has trouble killing a skinny nerdy guy. His poorly thought out plan is doomed from the start, Helga screws him over, and Rourke gets killed by complete accident. And he is quickly forgotten in the movie in favor of another obstacle; he sucks that much. Doesn't help that instead of being a charming villain in any way, he is an insufferable, pretentious, dumbass. I'd take Edgar, Alameda Slim, even Sarousch more seriously than this guy. Who could possibly afford to pay him triple the fortune? His boss, who should've seen him coming? Seriously, nobody remembers who Rourke is.

Also, someone explain how Madame Medusa is awesome? I really don't get it. Bowler Hat guy is a more dignified antagonist than Medusa, and his Hat named Doris is a bigger menace than she is. Medusa is easily worst female Disney Villain. She's terrible with a gun, and abuses her competent pets if she gets annoyed (she gets annoyed, alot), and she is quite dumb; Light fireworks so everyone can find us, and hide my precious diamond in a teddy bear for no reason other than to be a childish witch.

Rourke the dumb Atlantis villain is the single most forgettable Disney villain of all time. Because he's somehow not number one on this list for having the worst motivation in history, being poorly written, and being insufferable to watch. Oh and he killed only 1 guy, while the soulless killing machine killed thousands of Rourke's men, and he has the gall to get cocky. And he ripped off The villain death of Aladdin and the King of thieves.
The only truly shit tier animated canon Disney Villain.
