There's some rumour about Olaf turning into a human in the sequel and ending up with Elsa. I'm not really sure if I like that idea personally, but hey, it's all just a rumour and not necessarily going to happen. We'll have to wait and see.
Not all the pairings listed here are really "fanfiction couples". Anna x Kristoff is canonical, and so is the pairing of Anna and Elsa's parents.
I don't really think about shipping in Frozen too often, but I can kind of get on board with the idea of Elsa and Hans eventually hooking up, although only after Hans has gone through a bit of character development, and some story takes place where he turns out to have some good in him and, more importantly, begins acting on it more often. I'd imagine they would have a "love/hate" relationship for the most part, and it would eventually become more romantic over time.
Only in fanfiction though! I like both characters as they are canonically. :)
