The following morning, I was trying to get ready for the datum I had scheduled with Maria. I woke up early in an effort to make sure that I’m completely ready. Just when I put the finishing touches on my fur, I heard a scratch at the door. I walked to the front door and slowly peeked out the doggie door. Once I saw that it was Maria, my head went back into the house before I made a complete jump through the doggie door.
