A tie between School Reunion, The Idiot's Lantern, and Fear Her. But I choose School Reunion because it has Sarah Jane and K-9.
I enjoyed all of them, really (besides Army of Ghosts and Doomsday because I'm avoiding watching them for the first time right now because I've heard about MUCH heartbreak. I know I won't be happy. Also, Love and Monsters. It felt like Doctor and Rose were guest-starring in their own show. They weren't there enough. Not to mention the monster was gross.)
