If you're referring to the actor who plays Reid, that would be Matthew Gray Gubler. u can look him up on youtube if u want to see his personality. But from the videos I've seen of him, he's a total goofball. He's hyper (probably has ADD) and adorable. He doesn't take himself too seriously. He's a pretty loveable guy in real life.
