Where can I buy a coat??

Well I admit it can be difficult to find warm clothes in the shops in Dublin during the summer months, despite the fact that it is still pretty cold outside. have u tried TK maxx? It is a pretty good store and sells a mixture of winter ans summer clothes throughout most of the year.I'm sure they are actually still selling boots at the moment. Penneys is sometimes okay for a light summer jas of prehaps H+M. good luck with your shopping!
