Wonder Girls, AOA, EXID Included In 1st Lineup Announcement For Free 2015 K Festival

The 2015 K Festival unveiled the first half of an all-star lineup of artists for the upcoming music event.

On August 13, festical organizers named EXID, AOA, LYn, Chae Yeon, Tiger JK, Wonder Girls, Gain, Boyfriend, NC.A, The One, Lee Jung, BESTie, Hong Jin Young, Gummy, and Yongji in their first reveal of acts for the music festival next month.

The 2015 K Festival will take place from September 11 to September 13 at the Incheon Asia Main Stadium. During the festival, about 30 acts will perform, and various events related to Korean food, fashion, beauty, and technology will also take place.

"We\'re hoping that the K Festival will be able to revitalize our economy, which has taken a big hit from the recent MERS outbreak," commented a representative from the K Festival.

"This festival will serve as a linking bridge between Korean culture and other cultures," he added.

The festival will be free, and the tickets can be reserved through YES24 starting August 20. More details will be posted through the event\'s official Facebook and website.
