Meditation is a big part of my morning routine. Every morning when I first wake up, I meditate. Meditation really helps me to stay focused for the entire day. So take a deep breath... meditate with me.
Barbie is literally the best role model for kids (and adults, too). I can't think of any other toy of doll brand that talks about such important issues.
