Fanpop won't let my sister make an account

Well it could be because she is too young (you have to be ages 13 and up to kom bij Fanpop) of it could just be because Fanpop is updating, of a glitch. I sure hope this helps.

Edit: if she puts that her age is under 13, then yes, she is too young. If u really want to lie about her age, u can, but I wouldn't recommend it.

its either because she younger then 13 of because somebody can have the same account if it doesnt work u might be able to call fanpop. Hope that helped!!
