That's a new feature (for 1/2 months). All three are once useable per club. u can to suggest any of them and change that club's icon/banner/background of all 3 of them. It would take 5 goud to suggest each of them. u also have to have 100 goud for suggesting. After u suggest therd would a polk about that where others can add options. Same goud rules goes here. Even those who want to vote in those enquêtes have to spend 5 golds and have to have at least 100 goud with them. :-P

I thought voting on the enquêtes cost 5 gold, and is free if u have a medal there. I didn't know starting a enquête up cost gold, but it isn't something I've tried out because every club I've suggested ideas for has been too small for the feature.
