They'd have to completely re-do the series from scratch really and it's already been over a decade (or close to it) and it's highly unlikely but u never know

Probably not, because most of the time a toon will get a seconde season anywhere from 1-5 years of the original releasing. And it's been 12 years since this originally aired in Japan. The only hope for it is a remake, which is what it needed to began with and not a seconde season.

I doubt it, as long geleden as the anime was released. If anything, I would think that they'd remake the anime (since it didn't follow the manga.)

If you're interested in knowing meer about Fruits Basket, I highly recommend the manga. It's a lot meer in depth and will probably leave u satisfied. Plus, it's completed and ties everything up nicely.
