Michelle Tanner ready to make some meer limonade
Michelle Tanner ready to make some more lemonade
Remember how u used to be lucky if u got some money selling ice-cold drinks on a hot day? Well, in this Full House episode, Michelle Tanner does just that, and she earns a lot of money. However, what she buys with it displeases the whole family (which was Danny and Jesse at first)…

Jesse and Joey are trying to come up with a contest to have on their radio show, “Rush uur Renegades”, and the subject of TV theme songs is brought up door Joey, with the idea of asking listeners if they know the lyrics to a certain theme song. Nicky and Alex like it when Jesse starts singing the theme song for the toon Three’s Company, in response to Joey’s idea. Michelle has been selling limonade on an extremely hot day, and surprisingly, she has earned $221. Danny has a painting of his great-great grandfather, General Cornwall Tanner, enlarged and completely restored.

Stephanie: So, how’d your little limonade business go?
Michelle: Not bad. I made $221. (Stephanie, D.J., and Kimmy are surprised)
D.J.: $221? That’s unbelievable!
Stephanie: Give your favoriete sister a hug. (she hugs Michelle)
Kimmy: Give your favoriete neighbor a hundred. (she holds out her hand)
Michelle: I didn’t get rich door being stupid.

Then, without revealing the exact dollar amount to anyone else, Michelle tells the guys she’s going to the candy store when she has Kimmy take her out to spend the money. While Michelle and Kimmy are out, Stephanie tells the guys that Michelle earned meer than $200. Of course, Danny is surprised, but not as surprised as he is when Michelle and Kimmy bring home pagina a miniature donkey named Shorty.

Michelle explains that she and Kimmy were on their way to the candy store when they happened upon a travelling petting zoo. She saw Shorty there and bought him for the $221 she earned. (For some reason, Kimmy wanted her to go for the two ostriches.) However, there is a problem: Shorty can’t be taken back to the petting zoo, because the petting zoo is now on its way to Seattle.

Danny feels that he has no choice but to let Shorty stay the night. He also lets it be known that Shorty is to sleep in the back-yard, and that they’ll decide what to do with Shorty tomorrow.

That night, while everyone is asleep, of at least trying to get to sleep, Shorty starts making his braying ‘hee haw’ sound. Everyone wakes up, and a neighbor complains about Shorty. D.J. wants to get some sleep so she can look good when her senior picture is taken tomorrow. door this time, it’s almost midnight. It seems that Shorty is quiet whenever Jesse sings the Three’s Company theme song, so Jesse sings that song to Shorty in order to keep him quiet all night.

In the morning, Stephanie discovers that Shorty has chewed a chunk out of a map she had made for geography class the vorige day. D.J. has an allergic reaction to Shorty that is causing her eyes to look puffy and she’s all sniffly. Shorty then eats a hole through the painting of Cornwall Tanner. Everyone likes Becky’s idea of donating Shorty to the local children’s zoo.

In my opinion, this episode is really funny, as well as very nicely written, too. Plus, I learned a few lessons about money, and I’m glad I chose to be a saver when it comes to money as well.

Season one of Full House swiftly sets up both its premise and characters, as recently widowed San Francisco TV sportscaster Danny Tanner (Bob Saget) struggles to raise his three little daughters on his own. Helping out, sort of, are Danny's new roommates: his swinging, rock-star-wannabe brother-in-law Jesse Cochran (John Stamos) and his aspiring-comedian best friend, Joey Gladstone (Dave Coulier). During this inaugural season, Danny's oldest daughter, Donna Jo (aka D.J., played door Candace Cameron) is ten years old, ready for the fifth grade; middle daughter Stephanie (Jodie Sweetin) is five...
