The cadets kept on ignoring their offecier. He was way too old and should have retired. Plus, how did he expect to get respect if he was disrespecting them? Calling them assholes. Huh, fat chance they were going to pay attention. They were younger, stronger, and koeler, koelwagen than him. No way were they going to give in to his orders!
They had no idea that a certain Colonel was walking down the hallway and had heard the whole thing. He walked to the room where the cadets were and stood there with his arms crossed watching. He overheard their conversations.

Roy smirked, he remembered when he was like them. It was all about sex. Then he was shaken out of his thoughts as he heard, "So who's your volgende target?"
"I don't know. I've done every chick here."
"Hey, what about the Major General that just came here?" asked another.
"Dude are u crazy?! She's the most sexiest chick with her DD and her ezel but she's tough as nails!"
Roy's eyebrow went up. Could they be talking about the Major General who was also trying to become President according from what he heard from Armstrong?
"CADETS ATTENTION!" barked out a high pitched female voice that was at the same time as terrifing as a king cobra in the deserts of Ishbalm. Roy himself stood at attention as the Cadets got in their platoons. Then, he felt the urge to laugh. Their was a short, female officer with a long black ponytail, huge breasts, and a uniform. Her eyes an intense dark brown that made Roy wonder if they weren't going to kill him with her stare. He couldn't help it, he bagan to laugh.
He laughed and laughed and laughed. Everyone else were staring straight ahead and did not toon any emotion.
As Roy laughed, he felt a huge amount of water splash on him.
"Try to laugh again Colonel! That was very unnecessary for someone like you! Try it again and u will be expelled!"
Roy turned, soaking wet, and screamed, "Who the hell are u to say that?!"
She walked straight to him and Roy saw her rank.

She pulled out a state alchemist watch.
"I am Major General Belinda Santiago aka the H2O alachemist! Prepare for a duel tonight Colonel Roy Mustang. u shall learn some manners, one way of another."
She turned to the commander who were ordering the Cadets. "You will go back to school since your position has been revoked! Understood?!"
The Commamder stood horrified but soon shook his head.
"Very well then. Now u cadets will go to the restrooms, washing everything with a toothbrush, dip it in waste, then brush your teeth!"
Sighs were heard. "For 2 weeks due to complaining!"

Roy was for sure that this was the Major General he had heard about.
