Harington Hair Watch 2015: Belfast Pictures of Bust 

The actors are returning to Belfast, the directors have gone into lock down, the extra casting calls have come and gone. It must be mid July, when the six month filming process for the next season of

Dead characters are hanging out among the Westeros returnees too, as Nell Tiger-Free (Myrcella)

was spotted in a group shot. But let’s be honest, we don’t care that much about Myrcellas, old or new. There’s only one dead character everyone wants to see turn up in Belfast, and we would like it if he has all his hair when he shows up. And a few fans insist they’ve seen him:

Or he’s just arrived in Belfast? Or perhaps just leaving?

And others insist they have inside information that confirms his return:

The problem, as we here at Harington Hair Watch 2015 see it, is there is no visual proof of these sightings, and until we have some, we cannot confirm anything. TL;DR: Pix or it didn’t happen.

 *a* picture of Kit Harington in Belfast, which certain sites are insisting was taken this week, and trumpeting as proof of Jon Snow’s return:

But this photo was actually from a month ago. At the time this was taken, filming for Season 6 was still weeks away. Not that we don’t love this picture, with the newsboy cap covering the mop of curls. (It’s a good look for Kit!) But as proof of his being in Belfast this week, it unfortunately doesn’t hold water.

Harington Hair Watch 2015 remains on high alert though. We continue to keep watch for more (and more recent) visual evidence of Harington, his curls intact, and hopefully in Ireland.
