So, I'm a bit embarrassed... But here's my cooking masterpiece 😄 Recipe? Just put some mozzarella balls in a bowl, add some tomatoes, pour some pesto sauce over everything... And that's it ❤️ (I know, this device's camera isn't the best)
So you'll need :
1 to 3 avocados (depends on their size)
Around 200 - 500 ml of kefir
Bit of salt, lime juice, some greens (I used dills)
For final serving touches - boiled egg and (optional) a bit of "radish microsalad" (at least it was written on the box of those greens on top)
So put avocados, bit of salt, lime juice and greens on blender and mix everything, then add kefir and mix one more time, decorate with egg and whatever you want and... Eat 💚😄
So time for some gazpacho: my recipe would be -
Mix together some tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, bell pepper and slice of bread (previously soaked with water) in a blender, add some olive oil, bit of salt, and I am a lazy cook, so instead of mixing different spices and herbs I just added some pesto to my soup, if you want it to be spicier you can add Tabasco or any salsa chili sauce. Have to say pesto made a lovely flavor. So you can add some feta (stronger flavor) or mozzarella (milder flavor) (I added feta cheese and it tasted pretty good, like blended Greek salad with pesto sauce and cheese LOL), the same radish microsalad (nevermind I bought a box of them and added to everything I cooked that day LOL), and some pesto on top (I tried to make it look like from a restaurant but... Well..) and... Enjoy ❤️😄
