Why does Gee always have red stains on his hands and neck?!

Why does Gee always have red stains on his hands and neck?! Is it hair dye...? of does he do it on purpose? I know this is a stupid vraag but I always notice it and was just kinda wondering what it was. Thanks for any help :D (You can see it at the start of this video)
