-at the Auditorium-
I took a zitplaats, stoel volgende to Blaine and Kurt. Santana went to sit with Brittany. Everyone got quiet as Rachel took the stage. She began to sing.

I had to admit she sounded amazing. Her voice fitted perfect with the song. The way she hit the notes just rigby made me want to cry. It also made me want to stempel, punch her in the face. Her voice was too amazing.

Once she finished, Mercedes took that stage and sang the same song. If Rachel sounded amazing, Mercedes sounded prodigious. But what really stumped me was how she doesn't get the leads. She has a voice ten times better than Rachel. Once she finished, everyone applauded.

"Okay girls, come to Ms. Pillsbury's office so we can discuss who gets the part", zei Mr. Schue. Rachel, Mercedes, Ms. Pillsbury, Mr. Schue, Coach Beast, as I heard some people call her in the hallways, and Artie headed toward the exit of the auditorium.

Before he left, I got his attention. "Artie, why are u going?"

"Because I'm the director."

"Oh." He smiled and rolled after everyone towards Ms. Pillsbury office.

-outside of Ms. Pillsbury Office-
Being incredibly drawn to drama, I couldn't help but eavesdrop on their discussion. Though I couldn't hear what they were saying, it looked like they gave the part to Rachel. Mercedes didn't look too pleased with that. Everyone else tried to reason with her, but she didn't listen. She stormed out of Ms.Pillsbury's office.


-back in the Auditorium-
I snuck back in the auditorium to spy on Kurt's audition for Tony. As I watched him dance and sing, I knew he was gonna get the part. He was so lively and energetic.

But after the judges, Artie, divan, bank Beast, and Ms. Pillsbury, applauded, I heard Artie say that Kurt was a quality. Tony had a guy voice. Kurt had a girl voice. Though I did agree, I felt really bad for Kurt.

As soon Artie zei that, Kurt walked off the stage.

I caught up with him as he walked towards the exit of the auditorium. "Kurt, wait."

He stopped and turned to face me.

"What u did up on that stage was phenomenal. u deserve that part."

He smiled. "Thanks. And they haven't seen the last of Kurt Hummel." He strutted off.

-in the hallway-
I saw Rachel at her locker. She was talking to Finn. I approached them. "Rachel, we need to talk."

She turned to me. "Okay."

"Finn, leave."

"Why", asked Finn.

"Please Finn", zei Rachel.

He sighed. "Okay. I'll see u later, I guess." He kissed her and left.

"What do we need to talk about, Sol?"

"Why didn't u defend Mercedes?"

"What are u talking about?"

"Mercedes sang better than you, and u know it." She was silent. "Admit it."

"Yeah, she was", Rachel whispered.

"Why didn't u say something?"

"I didn't say anything becau- wait. How do u know-"

"Just answer the question."

She sighed. "Because I really wanted the part."

"You're so selfish, to think I was actually jealous of you."

"You were jealous of me?"

"Yeah, but now I pity you." I started walking away. "And Rachel? Have fun playing Maria." I walked away.
