Quinn apologised to Rachel immediately (literally the second after she did it she said sorry) and Rachel wasn't angry, so it would be unnecessary. Plus the whole situation was caused by Finn being unreasonable in the first place, and the last thing I'm hoping for is more of Finn being a hypocrite, getting mad at people for either acting the same way he did or responding to problems he caused.
If anything, I hope Quinn breaks up with him and Rachel gives him a telling off.
