I need great haunted house ideas!

I am having a halloween party and I want to have a haunted house./ What are some scary things to put in it? It's a party for preteens(11, 12, and 13 jaar olds) Keep it as scary as possible!

put up a few chains with fans that spin round near them so that when the fans spin round they occasionally rattle the chains. fake cobwebs put up round the house are always creepy with green lights behind them. and , if u can get some dry ice
