Just wondering if anyone picked up on the fortune teller cornering Abby and telling her u must leave the island, he won't stop until you're dead.

We are all thinking that Abby is meant to be alive with her "sibling" but this implies, that it is all being done with her to be the last one alive, suffer, and then die herself...Have been watching past episodes and it seems to me that there could be many different endings....what if Abby is the killer??? The fortune teller also told Trish "the person who betrays u is also your savior" and she implied it was a male...Is she Wakefields daughter?
