Is the Mirror of Erised in meer than one Harry Potter Movie? Does Severus Snape see Lily Potter in the mirror and what movie of the series is it? Is it in a special extended cut?

The Mirror of Erised is shown in the 1st movie, and is shown very briefly in the 5th movie when Snape is looking into Harry's mind. As far as I've seen, the movie does not toon Snape looking into the Mirror of Erised, but it can be concluded that if it was in the movie, Snape would have seen Lily, because that was the deepest desire of his heart.
