No, if this message is reffering to Ginny; Ginny was just a fan of harry's (at the beginning of the series) since he was 'the boy who lived' and plenty of other people (including guys) were fans of harry's for the same reason. Later on, Ginny thought of Harry as a friend and as her brother's best friend, she dated plenty other guys, and only in the 6th book they both started having feelings for each other.

If this message is reffering to Hermione: Hermione was ron's best friend, she didn't stalk him, they actually fought a lot (in the beginning) and Hermione would many times, openly disagree when she thought Ron was wrong.
