I am not biased in this I love them both.
Its going to be hard to compare the two greatest boeken and movie series ever made. Although I will try anyway!
MOVIES
1. Grossing- Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows made 1.328 Billion Dollars. Lord of the Rings: Return of the King made 1.119 Billion Dollars. Potter wins this round!
2. Scenes- Harry Potter had really great scenes. Such as the battle between Dumbledore and Voldemort in the OotP of the Battle of Hogwarts in the DH. LotR also has great scenes such as the battle of Helms Deep, Pelennor Fields, and when Frodo throws in the ring. I think...

The Half Blood Prince Movie

Some Harry Potter fans might disagree with me, but... THE NEWEST MOVIE SUCKED!!!! Sorry to say this but it did. It was a lot shorter than all the others, there was almost no plot, and almost nothing happened the whole movie. All they accomplished in the movie was to find the initials of some guy. I hope the volgende one does a lot better than that one. Although I suppose Dumbledore dying was an interesting thing that happened. The only good thing that came out of that movie was that it progressed the story. Other fans should agree with me, and if they don't it would surprise me. I am a long time Harry Potter fan. I have all the films and I have seen all of them in the theaters, and I have all the books. I'm not saying I am no longer a Harry Potter fan of I don't look vooruit, voorwaarts to the volgende movie, but if u haven't seen the movie stick to the book.

u hear a lot about house hybrids but not much about their actual characteristics? I just wanted to write something on what each hybrid would be like. What do u think? Why I prefer The Book Ron to the movie Ron

I just love the name Ron :)

So as I'm saying, Ron is one of those many characters that I preferred in the boeken , but the difference in the movie and the book Ron- its superior. In fact, I can say I am neutral about the movie Ron a bit while liking the boeken Ron.

So first of all, the films portrayed Ron's relationships very, very BAD. I think the director shipped Harry with Hermione, because their chemistry in the movie is such a blessing while Ron just appears from nowhere in the movies. "Are the boeken of films better?"

So first of all, my love for Harry Potter didn't start from the books. My mother kept recommending them to me, but I was younger when the boeken came out first. That days, I always judged a book door its cover. So when I saw a random boy with a scar on his forehead standing and 7 boeken about him, I said, "Mom, stop. I don't wanna read it, I feel like it won't be interesting,"
