at first people loaded it with spoilers thanks J for your questions but the ones before them where jam packed and ruined the book for me

Hate to say it, but don't go on Harry Potter websites if you don't want to see spoilers, especially this far after the book has been released. If you haven't read it by now, you can't have been THAT big of a fan.

I agree with the last post. I finished the book two days after it was released. And spoilers were out in newspapers even before the book was released. If you are even one bit a fan of harry potter, you would know that people don't keep their mouths shut. And if you see something about Harry Potter before you're done the book, don't read it and be a retard.

It took me until the day after the release to finish the book and I stayed off this spot until it was done and nothing was spoiled for me, which I am greatful for.

I agreed with itsjennyson as well. I didn't go on HP sites or anything related at all with HP for a week before the book came out and i only returned after i finished reading it.

Its common sense not to go to any sites not even internet if you dont want any spoilers!

We haven't read the book yet and we already know a lot of things. But thats our fault, because its obvious that here we would find a lot of spoilers.
I just don't agree with itsjennyson when she says that we're not that big fans if we haven't read the book by now.
In Portugal, we have the original book. But it's not easy read such a big book in a different language. So we are waiting for the book in portuguese.. That unhappyly, will be released only in October =(

People should realize with all the hype around the book that they're going to find out, especially if they wait a couple of months! I was trying my hardest to stay away from spoilers but I still found out about some of the stuff against my will the night before it came out!

That question was kinda confusing.

On opening night these guys handed out these papers with everyone who died on it. I thought they might be making it up... but as they hit it on the head for the first few... (sigh). i hate those kids. lol. but i stayed away from any harry potter hype/stuff until i finished. of course, it was the next day i finished and i was camping... but still. use some sense people.

Honestly, you'd think that everyone would have the common sense not to go on a fansite until you are done reading the book.
I mean, you wouldn't go on your favorite show's fanspot until you finished watching the latest episode right?
And if you haven't finished reading the book by now (more than 2 months people), I doubt you're a really huge fan.

I don't go on the computer intill i watch the latest episode, or read the book, you're bound to accidently come upon something that spoiles it...(agreement with kateliness.)

Well, now I'm finished with the book. But yeah, I found out a lot on this spot before I finished the book. Didn't really care though, so it's all good.
