Shouldn't the stag be slashed with Harry and James, since you slashed all the shared patronuses? Lupin and Tonks have a wolf patronus right? And Sirius was the one with a dog patronus wasn't he?

^We never saw James or Sirius create a Patronus. We only know their Animagus forms. While the majority of fans (myself included) assume that a person's Patronus will be the same as their Animagus form, this isn't actually confirmed. McGonagall is the only person who's Patronus and Animagus have both been shown, and both in her case are cats, but this doesn't necessarily mean that'd be true for everybody, particularly for people whose Patronus has changed.

You're right about Tonks and Lupin's Patronuses being wolves though. Harry initially assumed that Tonks' was a dog when he saw it, but he was wrong.

A cat for McGonagall and Umbridge could have been another option - though I doubt many would vote for it, because of the connection with Umbridge.

@Flickerflame True, but JKR kind of confirmed James' patronus in an interview. The person interviewing talked about how James and Lily had complementary patronuses (stag and doe) and she didn't deny it. She explained about complementary patronuses instead of denying.
