Poor baby Teddy!!!

Though Lupin and Tonks story is sad, they got to live their lives and found happiness as does their son. Sirius was locked away in Azkaban, blamed himself for the death of his best friends, have everone else hate him, finaly just as he could have had his name cleared and be a free man he was killed :0(

Although Lupin and Tonks is heartbreaking, they at least had their time together. Sirius spent half his life in a horrific prison for a crime he didn't commit and when he finally got out he was hunted and forced to live as a fugitive. His innocence and heroism wasn't acknowledged until after his death.

While Sirius's story is sad as well I find stories of children alone in the world without even meeting their parents sadder.

They're both sad of course, but at least Remus & Tonks were happy and Teddy was still raised with love and happiness even though he's an orphan. Sirius' life, on the other hand, is just plain depressing. Falsely accused and imprisoned for the murder of his best friend for 12 years, forced to live in hiding after escaping, and by the time he finally gets his name cleared...he's dead. :'(

its was so sad,a little boy lost his parents,its was awful:(. i love them both,and i really dont care about sirius at all.

Both are really sad but when i think of poor Teddy who lost his parents when he was a baby, it sounds sadder.

We are not talking about Teddy's story but Remus&Tonks' one.

Freaking awful. All his life was terrible, even his own parents hated him. His brother joined Voldemort and was killed by him. The people he was truly happy with were the Marauders and Lily and two of them got killed, another betrayed him and he spent his life in jail reliving those memories. When he finaly got out he had to hide and eat rats, then spend time in his old house full of bad memories and freaking DIE. Grr. And he just happens to be my favorite character.

I'm a little biased on this one: I don't particularly care for Sirius.

im totally with lakota_spirit. it doesnt get much worse than this. he was wrongly accused for a crime he didnt commit, he had the whole world thinking he betrayed his best friend, he had his soul sucked away by dementors "a punishment worse than death" he had to live with the guilt of the potters death. he never got to spend much time with his godson. his best friend was murderd and he was accused of the crime. and just when he is close to his freedom he gets killed. he didnt even get a chance at happiness and love and freedom. his entire life was ruined. i mean atleast lupin and tonk were free individuals who found love with one another and can count on the fact that teddy will be raised with people who love him. sirius had the most tragic story of them all.

I honestly can't even pick between the two. Sirius had some of the best years of his life taken away. Tonks and Lupin suffered for time over a love that was believed wouldn't work...Then they finally get together and barely begin their life before they're taken out of it.
