Dumbledore is brill but also lodes of people do not like him

I've never had a problem with him, but started to like him more once the first movie was released. I think I prefer him in the movies. Eventually he became one of my favourite characters.

But that's just my opinion. On the other hand, there are some characters the majority of the fandom love that I don't really like very much.

Not that I don't like him, but he's just as flawed as the others. I find him manipulative and calculating, sometimes the way he uses people (in particular Severus and Harry) is ruthless but this is a war that needs to be won. A tad Slytherin too. But that makes him the wiser I think.

TBH I started disliking him after the third of fourth.

I'm not of a fan of the meddling old coot.

I mean he wasn't my favorite like some people, but I still loved him.

I liked Dumbledore on the whole. Hagrid is the one i never really liked at all.

I liked him in the books & the first two movies. Michael Gambon ruined Dumbledore for me. If I try my damnedest when reading to picture Richard Harris (who was exactly what I thought D'd look like before the movies), it's not so bad. But as soon as the Gambon image creeps back in... *sigh*

I love Dumbledore. He's my third favourite character - in the books!

I LOVE DUMBLEDORE!!! i know that lots of people hated the fact that micheal gambon replaced richard harris and that he did a bad job but i think that in my opinion he is an will always be the ideal dumbledore. i just love dumbledore!!

I don't love Dumbledore, he is just ok
