How do we get one ? I mean, I have access to Pottermore, etc, but I'm stuck in Diagon Alley, cannot go further ? (I got access 2 days ago.) Any suggestions ?

You first have to find the shopping list that is on the ground in Diagon Alley when you arrive (by zooming closer into the screen, double clicking), you first go to Gringotts and open your bank account and then you can start shopping ^^ After you shopped for everything that's on the list except the wand, you have to zoom into the screen again until a green arrow around the corner appears that leads you to Ollivander's. Hope that helped.
