Is matt parkman jr's ability stronger than we thought?

I know it is a wierd vraag but think about it. He can turn stuff on door touch and can turn stuff off without touch. All depending on his emotions. He turned on hiro's dormant ability but can he turn it off? Can he turn off all abilities aswell? dont forget that he is only a baby!!

I think he is kind of like the new hacion when it comes down to it because if door one touch he made heroes powers go he will be able to stop them to which could help with sylar later on.
