He peels off his helmet,
we look in to his eyes,
we see the man that he'll become,
the warrior inside.

He's a japanese samurai,
Kensei is his name.
In reality he's an englishman
but in heart he feels the same.

'coz fighting is his nature,
he uses just his swrod.
Despite his stelly bravery,
Hiro sees him as a fraud.

At first he seems a drunkard,
but when he's sobered up,
we realise that his talents,
lie in skill not luck.

For everything that he does,
He does for the right cause.
he's not afraid to be different,
not afraid to break the laws.

Turns out he has a power,
he can regenerate,
Even a dagger through the chest,
will not dleay his fate.

Hiro tells him what his future is,
Adam takes it in his stride.
Then he falls in love with Yaeko,
unaware that hiro's lied.

He battles hard and valiant,
Risking life and limb.
He seeks a way to sort things out,
to clean up all his sins.

And what he does, he does for her,
His one and only love.
But however hard he fights for her,
it will never be enough.

'coz she's in love with Hiro,
Kensei's just for show,
when he finds out, it breaks his heart,
He tells hiro what he knows.

And then they end their friendship,
Though Hiro tries to lie to him,
He then leaves Adam in a burning building,
The future seems quite dim

Its 2007,
we see Adam in a cell.
We breathe a sigh of relief
as we realise all is well.

Sadly he's in level 5,
trapped by the company.
The only friend he has in there,
is Peter Petrelli.

At first they do not speak much,
but slowly they gain trust,
Till one day they bust out of there,
to do what Adam must.

He wants to spread the shanti virus,
not as evil as it seems,
all he wants is to start again,
to start with his big dream

For he has witnessed cruelty,
at it's very worst.
Experiments on citizens,
like what is now done at Pinehearst.

*A-dam Monroe...*

Him and Peter have a plan,
and once Peters memory's back.
They will hunt their enemies,
and sniff down their tracks.

They finally find Victoria,
But she really wants them dead.
So when they have their information
Adam shoots her in the head.

They break in to 'the company',
Peter unlocks the safe.
But when Adam picks up the vial,
Hiro comes from outer space.

He freezes time and looks around,
spots Adam in a flash,
Steals Adam from his place in time,
almost makes the vial smash.

Hiro buries him deep underground,
Poor Adam can't escape.
he then goes back to normal time, leaving Monroe in that state.

Back in to the future,
Hiro ahs a new boss,
Angela tells him to dig up Monroe,
But adam's then stolen by Knox.

Knox takes him to his leader,
Arthur is just plain wrong.
Like that he takes Adam's power
and like that Adam is gone.
