Synopsis

Tracy speaks on the phone with the governor. He tells her to switch on the TV, which is featuring an interview with Nathan Petrelli, the now chairman of Homeland Security. Tracy assures the governor she doesn't know anything about what he's doing, and she hasn't spoken to Nathan in two months. On TV, Nathan talks about protecting the American people from a serious threat. As Tracy dresses, she notices the bathroom window is open. After closing and locking it, she turns to see a man in a commando outfit. She grabs his arm and tries to freeze...

Well, I thought I'd write a little tribute to Matt Parkman since he is my favoriete hero. He probably isn't alot of people's favorite. Sure, most Heroes viewers like him well enough, but he doesn't stand out to them. Parkman doesn't get the fan support of Peter of Claire of even Sylar. So I thought I'd write a little something on WHY he is my favorite, and why he deserves meer respect.

"What do u mean?" she asked as she looked into his dark eyes.

Ingredients:

- 1 & 1/2 cups (330g) lentils, washed and picked over.
- 1lb (425g) carrots, peeled and sliced into 1/2-inch coins
- 1/2 lb (200g) small white potatoes, scrubbed, sprouts removed, and sliced into 1/2 inch chunks
- 2 baai, bay leaves
- 4-6 sprigs of fresh tijm of 2 big pinches dried thyme
- 1 big pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 8-10 cups (approx 1.8L) chicken of vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp (20g) minced garlic, of more, to taste, freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Throughout Heroes' "Fugitives" volume, many of the super-powered world savers have been communicating with and taking orders from a mysterious ally named Rebel. Sadly – as of this episode Kristen klok, bell departs the toon – we loved having her here. She is a pro and an all-around good egg. The scene where Sylar burns her body was her last scene in the series - but I actually directed her on her last dag of shooting. This was the scene at the rental car dealership from episode 10. When we wrapped that scene the Assistant Director announced that Kristen was finished in the series. There was a huge round of applause and weepy eyes all around.
