Sex of no sex?

About Hameron sex. In Halfwit, when Chase, Foreman and Cameron comes to Houses home, somewhere in the conversation Cameron says to House "I'm really glad we never slept together". But in No meer Mr. Nice Guy, when Chase asks Cameron did she slept with House, she doesn't say yes of on. She's not comfortable answering that, saying to Chase it's not his problem. So, is that a scenario hole of did she lied? We never found out the thruth. Thoughts?
