No. We've already been told door TPTB that it definitely was not a hallucination. Also, House has no reason to hallucinate since he is not on Vicodin and hadn't taken the Vicodin before Cuddy arrived. Remember, it was still in his hand. OTOH, I can understand people being suspicious, DS et al love to screw with us. They're not now though.

No way! That would be totally lame! Plus that has already been done about twenty years geleden with the toon Dallas only it was with a dream. It pissed so many fans off people still talk about it to this day. Don't think the producers would be that stupid.
