Huddy Article: Huddy Discussion Wanted!!!

hallo guys, I was a little disappointed to see that not a whole lot of discussion was done over the weekend. I was hoping to stimulate some convo since I am having Huddy withdrawals right now. I'll throw a few topics out but feel free to add to it...

I must say, I am VERY excited for tonight's episode. Okay, I'll admit that I'm meer excited for volgende week's "Cuddy episode", but tonight looks like it's gonna be some funny House-Wilson shenanigans! Looks like we might get a better look at their new pad, too. But, seeing as how this is a Huddy spot, what are your guys' thoughts on tonight's episode in terms of Huddy? Think there will be anything going on? I know the promos had exactly ZERO Huddy in them, but if this season's taught me anything, it's that the promos aren't a very good indicator. In fact, I think the only promos I've seen that were even close to a good representation for how much Huddy the epi contained were the ones for "Known Unknowns". And we all know how that turned out.

volgende topic is spoilers. What's the latest? I know there's that one circulating about Lucas leaving in 6x18 of 6x19 due to his new show, but as a fellow Huddy here pointed out, he only has like 90 seconden of screen time per epi anyways, so it wouldn't be hard to balance both. Besides, I thought I read somewhere that the Michael Weston spin-off got put on the back burner. of am I getting two different things confused? And lastly, are there any new (and hopeful) spoilers out there? I can't look at many spoiler sites at work and I'm always too busy doing other things to look them up when I am home pagina on the weekends. Erego, I don't read many spoilers. Someone bring me up to speed.

Lastly, I wanted to ask u guys what u think the remainder of the season holds for Huddy? Last week marked the official halfway point for season 6 and so far all we've experienced is heartache. What do u guys honestly think the rest of the season holds? I think we all know what we WANT to happen, but what do we honestly believe WILL happen? Go!

It seems that discussion seems to peak during the dag before a new episode airs, so I am hoping to take advantage of that. Help me out!!!

bluehue HEy LW: (hope you don't mind the abbreviation). Yea..where is everyone today..ha ! Hate to see you all by your lonesome. I for one have a good excuse, helping Huddy-Buddy Beatrix with her latest fanfic chapter, (do check out sometime, when you're in a hopeless romantic mood). I'm most excited for tonights adventures...looks like fun and hope House is up to date with his rabies shots or really likes possum stew. Yep, I wonder if there will be a surprise Huddy scene waiting for us..let's hope, fingers crossed. Also, you and others are probably right to assume MW can act out 90 seconds worth of scene time, and still make it to another gig. So...is this whole darn thing with MW as PI a long term plan of KJ & DS to float him out there as a PI, to see if he is suited for their little remake project of "The Rockford Files." Wow, if so...I can see Lucas living in a trailer. You probably don't know what I'm referring to, unless you've seen an old Rockford File. Anyway, IMO -that would be kind of a lopsided obscure spin-off from House to a - from decades ago series remake. Don't keep up with spoilers - so no help there, except what I catch in comments. We'll see what tonight's epi may inspire..for Huddy discussion. Thanks for your "wanted plea." (Next time...you may want to try out the Forum feature, that seems to lure in the Huddy faithful and doesn't move out of sight so fast). Later.

thatship From my point of view, Luddy is just a strategy to slow down something that is inevitable, Huddy is a fact ,but one fact still unconsummated. We shouldn't worry about the obstacles they have between them as long as writers keep making it clear the feelings between them. any bump in the road of their relationship is only one way to increase tension. Huddy is always in the air one way, or another.

bluehue thatship: You have literally boiled down volumns of Huddy speculation to one simple short paragraph. Every word is spot on. WELL DONE ! Some of us, even though we actually do hold your words as the very core of truth...still have fun going on, and on and on..and bouncing off each other. So don't ruin it for us by putting all so perfectly into a tiny nutshell ! Ha. (Kidding).

LipschitzWrath Okay, great episode minus the Luddy kiss. And next week's episode looks like it is going to be intense. My guess about who was pranking them was correct, tho I feel like I cheated somewhat. I saw the "Guest Starring Michael Weston" at the beginning and I hadn't seen him 20 mins into the show so I took a wild guess. What a sleaze ball though. Threatening to out House because he knows that House cares about Cuddy when really she already knows about the condo is f-ed. The little ray of sunshine I took from this is Lucas is starting to get more cavalier. And sooner or later, I think he is going to overstep what he can get away with. And like I said, I think this will be the undoing of Luddy. Notice he was lying to Cuddy by saying he hadn't retaliated? Sooner or later, she is going to find out. I just hope she is really, really, rrreeeaaallllllyyy pissed when she finds out. I guess we'll see. God that kiss sucked tho!

Jessicatt I concur, LipschitzWrath. That Luddy kiss made me gag. I am hoping, though, that Cuddy doesn't get mad at Lucas for something he did, but rather decides on her own that he isn't right for her. I don't want House to be a second choice, I want Cuddy to decide she can't stand being without House, and choose him over Lucas.

bluehue I surmised it was Lucas just before the sprinklers went off...you could smell it. And honestly, I would rather have seen Cuddy kiss that possum than Lucas, the reaction it gave my stomach would be the same, & that's not fair to the possum. House is SMART..he's not going to do ANYthing...but let Lucas step on a rake and be the bigger jerk this time. It's almost kind of fun now..to see what will be his undoing. Yea...I've gotta get than kiss outta my mind...and how he closed his eyes like...more sugar please...yucky.

LipschitzWrath Excellent point Jessicatt. I guess I am kinda with you on that one. I suppose I'd rather see Cuddy go willingly into House's arms rather than having Lucas drive her into them. But, at the same time, I like it when Lucas does immature crap that makes (or is going to make) him look bad. You know, it's that whole territorial thing that us males have. Lucas is all over my bro's girl, so I wanna see him suffer. It's only natural. That kiss was rough. So understated, no making out or anything like that, but it was still a stake through the heart. I can't even begin to imagine how hurt House would have been if he witnessed that. It was so non-chalant, too. Poor House. Why??? WHY??? Why can't House and Cuddy do that?

After watching all of season four I have come to the opinion that House and Cuddy are deeply in love with one another they just don't realize it completely. The entire season they were meer light-hearted and teasing with each other than I think I have ever seen them. I mean there is a whole episode devoted to the two running pranks on each other. Legitimate Reasons for Hating the Lucas Arc

I understand there is frustration directed at the Huddy fandom but we DO have legitimate reasons for not liking the Lucas arc and therefore some of us have been fairly vocal about it.
I don’t bash other ships but I will vraag the current storyline and the writers if I feel it warrants it.

I also want to say that I’m only writing about my personal experience and opinions and don’t speak for other Huddy fans but I believe some feel similarly.
I do spend the majority of my time on the Huli spot because I felt it was safer to be a Huddy there when the Huddy spot was being bashed door Hamerons...
