In his home, House phones Wilson and they start preparing everything. Wilson starts phoning some workmates and so does House. After that he goes to her home pagina and knocks the door. She opens it. ‘I think I should give u this back...’ He comes in and Lisa gives him the key.
‘Thanks...’ He puts it in his pocket. ‘What are u cooking? It smells delicious!!’
‘Some couscous and mixed vegetables, but if u want I can cook a biefstuk for you.’

‘Yep...’ He leaves his jas on a chair and starts setting the table.
When he finishes, Cuddy takes the meal to the tafel, tabel and sits down. ‘So... what have u been doing?’ Lisa asks.
‘I've had a douche and... I looked for some documents for the hospital. I wasn’t sure if I had them at home.’
‘Uh huh okay… I have to work for a couple of hours, so I’ll be back a bit late tonight... Are u gonna do anything?’
‘I'll try to find those documents I told u about... at home.’
‘Are u gonna sleep there? I can go to your home pagina after work...’
‘Yeah... I'll sleep there... but phone me first if you're coming 'cause I may go to Wilson's firstly.’
‘Okay, I will.’ They finish their meal.
‘So... you're going to the hospital now, right?’
‘Yes, I’m gonna have a douche and I’ll go to the hospital.’
‘Right... then I'll go home pagina now, unless u want me to take u to the hospital of something...’

Before he goes home, House buys many things he'll need for the party. After that, he goes home pagina and hides them. Greg phones Wilson to tell him everything is prepared and the party will take place the volgende day. The plan is this: he’ll give his keys to Wilson and he will take all the workmates and vrienden to his place while House goes to pick her up from the hospital. Then, he and Lisa will go to his house. After a couple of hours, before going back home, Lisa calls him. ‘Hey Greg, where are you? Do I go to your home pagina of mine?’

‘Some documents of Russian arms and strategies. Wilson and I are trying to rule the world, muhuhahaha!!’

She looks at him frowning and smiling. ‘What are u plotting?’

She chuckles and rolls her eyes. ‘I’m so tired...’
‘Lie down on the sofa... u wanna eat of drink something?’
Lisa lies down on the sofa. ‘A glass of hot melk would be great... and then I’m going to bed.’
‘Coming!!’ House goes to the keuken-, keuken to get her some warm milk.
‘Thank you... You’re so nice when u want.’ She shouts.
‘Ha-ha-ha!!’ He says from the kitchen. After some minuten House brings her a glass of hot milk
‘Hmmm yummy. Thanks.’
‘You're welcome... are u sleeping here tonight?’
‘Yes, that’s why I’m here...’
‘Good...’
When she finishes the milk, they go to the bedroom, put on their pajamas and lie on bed. ‘It’s almost Christmas and I haven’t done anything special this jaar in the hospital...’ Says Lisa looking at him. ‘It’s your fault u know? u should feel guilty.’
‘Me? You’re a jew! u should feel guilty.’
‘Would u prefer Hanukkah than Christmas?’
‘I'd prefer zero religious bullshit... Oh, I think I won't be able to sleep from now on...’ He gets into bed. Lisa bites her lip and shakes her head smiling. ‘Goodnight Greg...’

I was reading up on opiate withdrawal and apparently u can go through withdrawal not just to stop taking the drug, Vicodin in House’s case, but to reduce the amount you’re taking.
So in House’s case, like Wilson said; his Vicodin levels where way to high and so the only option was to let his body recover and reduce it’s need for that amount it got everyday.
Therefore, the volgende morning when he was seemingly better; it was because of the extreme cold-turkeyness that House used to reduce his levels of Vicodin in order for his hallucination of Amber to go away. So I don’t think it was a hallucination, because he hasn’t quit Vicodin, he has only reduced the amount he takes within the space of a horrible 24 uur detox. His body no longer craves the Vicodin every uur of so like before.
