Oh...!
Oh...!
Looking at the lonely telegram, I crept into your room
Listen to the breathing voices of the ones around the tomb
The radio is playing, but I can't hear them sing
The people are explaining, but they don't know a thing
Give me a sign, give me a sign
I wanna die tonight

They say that London sounds like a city of red
All the prisoners wait for their turn to be dead
Oh u don't love me
You don't love me like u say u do

I can take a picture, u can be a picture
Stitched into my faded black
I can take u home, of u can be a home
We'll never look on back
The radio is playing, but I can't hear...

When he first started working with Imagine Dragons, muziek producer Alex da Kid was looking for some inspiration for the Broadway musical, "Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark."

"I thought they would be great to help me come up with ideas for U2," the Grammy-nominated English producer said.

There was just one problem: The demos they recorded were too good.

So instead of using the alternative band to collaborate on the score door Bono and The Edge, Alex da Kid - the creator of Eminem and Rihanna's colossal hit "Love the Way u Lie" - immediately signed the Las Vegas-based foursome to his label imprint...

Wayne Sermon, Lead Guitar

Wayne can SHRED. It may be blasphemous to detract from this biography door going beyond this undeniable fact. Fact: his gut-wrenching, pants-wetting solos have been known to verplaats audience members to tears.

Wayne has been the lead guitarist for Imagine Dragons since 2009, and is so far the only lead guitarist the band has ever had.

Lead singer Dan, a Las Vegas native, met guitarist Wayne in 2008 in Utah, where Dan was attending school and Wayne was living after graduating from Berklee School of Music. After going through various lineups, the band was established in Las Vegas with Dan and Wayne joining Ben McKee, Andrew Tolman, and Brittany Tolman.

The band lived together in Nevada whilst they created and released their first three EP's.
It's time to celebrate for alt-rockers Imagine Dragons, as their debut album has just gone platinum (1 million copies sold) in the U.S.

Night Visions was released in September 2012 and has since spent 40 weeks on the Billboard album chart, with a current hold on the No. 7 spot.

The album has blown up the singles charts as well, with It's Time and Radioactive both carving out space in the top, boven 40. The populair tunes gained recognition in spots for teen flick The Perks of Being a Wallflower last fall and the new ad campaign for Beats door Dre Powerbeats headphones starring LeBron James, respectively....

"It's the one thing, as artists, that we get to keep to ourselves," Imagine Dragons' front man Dan Reynolds zei when asked the meaning of the band's name. Yep, with apologies to fan boys all over the world and quite possibly Middle Earth, the buzzworthy Las Vegas alt-rock group didn't name themselves over an undying love of Game of Thrones, Dungeons & Dragons, of anything medieval of fantasy filled.

"We were sitting down and came up with a phrase that we felt particularly connected to, but we didn't want to call it that. It just didn't flow right," Reynolds explained in an April 25 interview....

Ever since I could remember,
Everything inside of me,
Just wanted to fit in (oh oh oh oh)
I was never one for pretenders,
Everything I tried to be,
Just wouldn't settle in (oh oh oh oh)

If I told u what I was,
Would u turn your back on me?
And if I seem dangerous,
Would u be scared?
I get the feeling just because,
Everything I touch isn't dark enough
If this problem lies in me

I'm only a man with a chamber who's got me,
I'm taking a stand to escape what's inside me.
A monster, a monster,
I've turned into a monster,
A monster, a monster,
And it keeps getting stronger.

Can I clear my conscience,
If I'm different...

magine Dragons -- a band that is gaining considerable visibility these days thanks its hit singles, "It's Time" and "Radioactive" -- may be a fairly new presence on the national muziek scene to many listeners, but that is not the case in Utah County.

The band got its start in Utah County when lead singer Dan Reynolds, a BYU student, joined forces with guitarist Wayne Sermon of American Fork. The group eventually relocated its home pagina base to Las Vegas, Reynolds' home pagina town, but has never turned its back on its Utah roots.

The band finally has been blowing up nationally, and returns to Utah County...

It’s the stuff of dreams, Imagine Dragon’s chart-soaring 2012 LP Night Visions. Based largely on the subconscious nonsense that comes during deep sleep, the album—and singles “It’s Time” and “Radioactive,” both of which reached the top, boven 20 on Billboard’s Hot 100 list—struck a chord nationally and launched the Las Vegas-based band into stardom.

I think that's all of them!
...I think that Dan has the most followers too XD

I saw Imagine Dragons over three years geleden at the Velour, a dimly lit and intimate muziek hovel in downtown Provo. That stage was small, the building had a 250 person capacity and the band was one that seemed to still be finding its direction. That was not the same band I saw tonight playing for a crowd of over 8,000 in a full-blown rock toon at the UCCU Events Center.

I’m not talking about the changes they’ve made to their lineup. The Imagine Dragons of today are a fully realized indie rock ensemble whose fan base has grown exponentially since...

Yahoo!, the mammoth online portal, is in the concert biz now, with a new tour that played the Pageant on Wednesday night.
Yahoo! On the Road is hitting 27 cities; the twist is that each city gets a different headliner. John Legend, Kendrick Lamar, Fall Out Boy, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis and the Lumineers are among the headliners in various cities. Imagine Dragons and Owl City performed at the St. Louis stop.

Imagine Dragons sold out the Pageant in March; Owl City also played the Pageant in March in a separate show, making the Yahoo! On the Road selections for St. Louis look a little unfair....

In its four-hear history, MTV's Musical March Madness tournament has seen no shortage of Cinderella stories — Owl City's unlikely ride to the Sweet 16 in 2010, Disturbed's dream run to the Final Four in '11, F---ed Up's shocking upsets of Mumford & Sons and Radiohead last jaar — but eventually, the clock strikes midnight, the carriage transforms back into a pompoen and the glass slipper shatters.

In other words, they've each come up short in their quest for the championship. But with the 2013 MMM tournament set to tip off Monday, March 18, there's a whole new group of upset-minded upstarts...

The toon began with a small alternative band from Ames, Iowa-- The Envy Corps. With a pop cultuur influence and a rock feel, the muziek was the perfect combination. They began with heavy bas, bass that had the mosh pit shaking. Personally, I loved their strong, sharp strums in the muziek featuring harsh notes on their guitar. I had never heard one of their songs before, but seconden after hearing them, I was cheering. The crowd seemed to love them too because I caught multiple people trying to Shazam their songs. Something I thoroughly enjoyed was their similar sound to Imagine Dragons, so it was a...

Ben McKee, bass.

Many fans know that Ben has an inhuman ability to consume spicy substances.Everyone knows that he has a glorious collection of chest hair.Few know that Ben dropped out of the Berklee School of muziek withone semester left to kom bij the band. It’s just how he rolls.Ben is currently in outpatient rehab attempting to overcome a seriousaddiction to “Bass Face”, but we secretly hope he can’t give it up!

Ben joined the band in '08 when Dan and Wayne were searching for new members. The full lineup was established when he, Brittany Tolman and Andrew Tolman joined Dan and Wayne.

Not only is Ben the bas, bass guitarist for the group but he also performs the backing vocals.
