The volgende day, everyone had met in the field near the well to talk about where we were going next. I sat there and looked up at the blue sky. I closed my eyes as a breeze blew across my skin. I heard someone stand up suddenly. I opened my eyes to see InuYasha on his feet. He was looking at the trees across the clearing.
“What’s wrong?” I asked. He just growled and showed his teeth. I looked at the spot and saw the trees trembling. My hand immediately grabbed hilt of my sword. Suddenly, a tornado burst out of the forest.
“Oh no,” I said. Just then, Koga appeared in front of me.
“Hello, Kyoko,” he said, grabbing my hand in both of his.
“Hey, Koga,” I said.
“What do u want?” InuYasha said, kneeling down volgende to me in a protective way.
“I was just coming here to thank my woman for helping me after the Bird of Paradise hurt me,” Koga smiled.
“She is not your woman!” InuYasha yelled standing up.
“Oh yes she is mutt face.”
“Oh yeah, bring it.” I could tell that they were about to start fighting.
I sighed and stood up. “Guys please don’t fight.”
“Why not?” Koga asked. “He’s the one who is trying to separate me from my woman.”
“Yeah right,” InuYasha said. “She doesn’t want you, stupid wolf.”
I put my hands on my hips. “Excuse u both. u can’t just claim me like I’m your property.” I said, pointing to Koga. “And I can talk for myself thank u very much.” I zei to InuYasha.
“Now you’ve made her mad.” They zei in unison.
“That’s it.” I yelled. “I’m tired of this.” I ran into the woods, ignoring my name being called. I didn’t stop running until I was completely out of breath.
“Those jerks,” I zei to myself. “Who do they think they are?” I walked through the woods, complaining to myself the whole way. I stared at the ground, not caring where I was going. Then, I ran into something.
“Oh, sorry,” I said, looking up. I found myself staring straight into the face of a demon.
“Oh no.” I said, backing up slowly. The demon turned around and roared. I ran as fast as I could in the opposite direction. “InuYasha! Koga! Help me!” I screamed at the top, boven of my voice. Just then, I tripped of a rock. I quickly stood up but the demon had already caught up to me. I could hear the crashing sounds coming from my right and then, Koga and InuYasha burst out of the trees. They went straight for the demon but the demon sent them flying with one swipe. Then, me sent a wolk of miasma at me. I coughed and tried not to breath it in, but while I was distracted, the demon swiped my left side with his razor sharp claws. I fell to the ground. I felt someone lift up my head. I opened my eyes to see InuYasha staring down at me. Pain was already flooding through my body and I could barely keep my eyes open.
“InuYasha,” I whispered and I fell into blackness.
