Why does nobody rate on this spot?

There are lots of fans of this spot, and lots of people contribute afbeeldingen and fan fictions and videos and links, and lots of people comment. But why does nobody rate anything?

I personally have rated pretty much everything in this spot, and some content from a long time geleden has been rated a few times because I geplaatst it to the VRSOF. But for the most part, people view and leave commentaren but do not rate.

Why is that?

(P.S. I know a lot of aantal keer bekeken for afbeeldingen etc come from people who don't belong to Fanpop, but there are definitly Fanpop users who are not rating what the view.)

THANK YOU! (about the whole ppl who don't blong on here) There r definitly real jerks on here and most r always dissing Spongebob.
