We walked back to the house slowly and silently, hand in hand. I hadn’t realised we had been gone so long so I was very surprised when we walked In to the house and saw five extra people seated on the sofa.

There was no sound around her, except for quiet breathing. Renesmee felt groggy and disoriented, and she wasn’t sure where she was. Her arm seared with pain.
