"FROM RUSSIA WITH LOVE" (1963) Review

Have u ever heard the song, ”What a Difference a dag Makes”? Well, the phrase - ”What a difference, a jaar makes” kept going through my head, while viewing 1963’s ”FROM RUSSIA WITH LOVE”. It seemed such a difference from the very inferior ”DR. NO” (and would prove to be quite a difference in my eyes to 1964’s ”GOLDFINGER”).

"THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS" (1987) Review

Last jaar marked the 25th anniversary of EON Productions' release of its 15th entry in the Bond franchise – "THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS". The movie featured the first of two times in which actor Timothy Dalton portrayed the famous British spy, James Bond. I first saw "THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS" on the night of July 31, 1987 – the datum of its original U.S. release. My family and I saw it at the Grauman Chinese Theater in Hollywood. "OCTOPUSSY" (1983) Review

While perusing some of the Bond forums, I have noticed that 1983’s ”OCTOPUSSY” is not highly regarded door many fans. Personally, I have always found this hard to understand of accept, considering that the movie has been one of my favoriete entries in the Bond franchise for years. But after watching it recently . . . I still do not understand its low standing amongst the fans.
