Headache Relief - How to Stop a Headache: Tension, Sinus & Migraine

I'm honestly about to lose my mind! I've had daily headaches (some pain worse than others) for like 2 weeks now, and the only thing that helped was getting a shot at urgent care. I'm tempted to go back!

Oh, I'm so sorry, hun. Have you thought of going to a headache specialist or looking into prescription migraine shots?

I hate needles (though strangely enough I have 5 tattoos and want more lol), but I'm asking about getting the pill form of the shot I got before. The problem is my doctor thinks I should just take Tylenol and Ibuprofen together and that will solve it...

Well, sometimes you have to be assertive. Tell them it's not working and if they won't listen go somewhere else. I've been there. It took ten doctors before I got someone to listen and help me.
Btw do you wear glasses?

I do wear glasses, but only use them to watch TV. If I wear them all the time, I'd have even worse headaches.

Okay, I was thinking maybe it was your eyes but never mind but as I said before tell your doctor it's not working and keep saying it and if they still won't listen maybe you need to find a doctor who will. You're the patient and you have rights

I will eventually find a new doctor, but unfortunately for the time being I have to keep him for some other personal reasons.
