Edward was undoubtedly the epitome of innocence,tenderness, misplaced loyalty and desperate devotedness!!!!!!!! He was doomed to oblivion, to a life of complete isolation through no fault of his own!!!!! He had only been a blessing to the lives that crossed his path and..........that had never been recognised!!!!!!!!!!

On the contrary Axel was to be blamed for what happened to him, because of his irresponsibility! Did he want the old woman? Did he want the young woman? Did he want the New York job? Did he want his uncle's job? Just make up your mind man!!! And he was easily discouraged, kinda weak! What was he thinking in the end? He considered his dreams gone with the wind and was considering putting on a tie, a fake smile, selling cars to people with all the dough and just counting money!!!!!

In Axel's case ,it was so sad to watch that in the end, after his loved ones took their own life, he chickened out and decided to do something similar in a more symbolic way! He decided to bury himself in a place that depressed him and in a job that he hated!
