Therefore, we find it fitting to name Justin Bieber our “Hollywood Celebrity of the Week.” Not only does this tween know how to work the stage, but he knows how to engage with his fans on a daily basis. The twitter-obsessed singer does a remarkably good job at letting his fans know breaking news as well as his appreciation for their love.
No wonder everyone seems to be under the “Bieber Fever” spell.
