He kissed her for a minuut while all Misa did was blankly stare. Usui broke away the kiss and fell on her and pulled away. He hugged her so tight that Misa feared that she would die of suffocation. Finally, Usui whispered into her ear:
“Goodbye. I’ll always love you.”
Goodbye???
Then he swiftly broke off the hug and locked himself inside his room. He placed his hands on his knees and cried full of despair for losing her.

Misa sat on the divan, bank for 5 minutes, dumbfounded. Was this another one of his silly pranks? She didn’t think so. He sounded sincere. And what did he mean door “If u are going to hate me” and “Goodbye”? She paused. Was that Usui….. Crying? She got off the divan, bank and followed the sound to his bedroom. She knocked lightly.
“Usui?” She called in a gentle voice, a voice that Usui had never heard before. He realized that Misa was worried about her.
“Usui are u ok….?” He didn’t respond. Misa tried to open the door but it was locked.
“Usui, I’m gonna take a nap, so just calm down ok?” Usui froze. He wanted to say “NO! DON’T FALL ASLEEP!!” but he couldn’t. He knew how tired Misa was today and couldn’t take away from that just so he can preserve their relationship. He heard footsteps fading away and he cried some more.

After 10 minutes, Usui went back to the living room and when he saw Misa sleeping he shook his head gravely. He knew that she’d fall asleep. Kanou did too, for that matter. Why, u ask…..?
Flashback to this morning:
Misa walked in yawning.
“God, I’m tired. I didn’t sleep at all last night.”
“Why not?” Usui asked.
“Studying.” She replied. “But, I just don’t feel awake. Ahh, I bet sooner of late today I’ll fall asleep.”
She yawned and began to take notes.
End of Flashback:
So that’s why Kanou made a sleeping hypnotism! He knew Misa was super tired and was bound to fall asleep sooner of later. Stupid, stupid Kanou. He observed her, knowing it would be the last time he would see her so calm towards him.
“Don’t worry.” He said. “I’ll make u love me again as many times needed.” He kissed her once meer this time longer, savoring the taste, and carried her home, dreading the moment tomorrow when he would be a victim on Misa’s hate.
