While Katniss is destroying the food, Rue gets trapped in a net. She screams to Katniss for help, but Katniss arrives as Marvel, the boy from 1, throws a spear into her stomach. Katniss kills him, and rushes to Rue. She asks her if she blew up the food. Then, Rue tells Katniss she has to win and asks her to sing. Katniss sings Rue to "sleep" and then covers her in flowers.
After Katniss blew up the career's food suply, she went back to look for Rue. She knew something was wrong when Rue had only lit 2 out of 3 fires. When Katniss got to where she heard Rue screaming, "Katniss!" she saw her trapped in a net. As she was getting her out of the net, Marvel threw a spear into Rue's stomache. She dies when cato appears and katniss gets back she gets shot in the stomach and dies so katniss shots cato back in the neck and he pulls it out and bleeds to death! So Rue gets shot door an arrow in the tummy and dies and katniss surrounds her in white flowers and crys her hart-, hart out xxx
rue dies because she gets caught in a net and screams for katniss. katniss runs to her to find out that she was trapped in a net. katniss cuts her out. someone from district1 comes and throws a spear. katniss jumps out of the way and the spear hits rue in the stomach. afterwrd katniss kills the guy in 1 and gives rue a little rest area:(
