It seems that Kat hated Coop from the first moment they met. But Kat had just been on the receiving end of a baseball. Not just any baseball. A baseball thrown door Millie... I'm pretty sure that u would have hissed at the first thing u saw if u were in his position!
Coop then attacks Kat with a wave of insults, not the best way to make a friend... Millie does the polar opposite; she welcomes Kat with open arms and insists that they keep him.
