Are ash and angela the same angel ?

So when being chased door the flying monkey ciel sees angela and that s the last of her, then ash has her appearance ? Whats going on

In the last episode of season one, u see Ash where part of his head seems to be sewed on. In place of that section is Angela's face. This is making a reference to a vorige episode where Ciel sees his parent's with almost the same appearance.
